When it comes to your child’s diet, you limit sugary treats like soda and candy. And that’s great! Unfortunately, their smile can suffer if they consume foods that seem healthy on the surface – but contain lots of sugar.

This video compares some common breakfast foods from the grocery and restaurants to a glazed doughnut. There are certainly some surprises! For instance, oatmeal from McDonald’s has twice as much sugar as the doughnut.
